Function createControls

createControls(
element: HTMLElement,
handlers: Record<string, () => void>,
): Record<string, HTMLButtonElement>
Creates buttons from a key-value list of handlers, attaches the handlers to them and appends them to the passed element.
Parameters
- element: HTMLElement
  The element where the buttons will be appended
- handlers: Record<string, () => void>
  The event handlers attached to the buttons
